Everpure is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager in Colorado to lead a high-performing pre-sales team focused on data storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.

You will coach talent, shape strategy, and collaborate with major accounts to deliver measurable outcomes and growth opportunities. This role offers equity and incentive pay potential and a path to visible impact within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of management experience leading high-performing sales engineers in enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling storage, networking or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers.
• Understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing architectures.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire prospects and convert them into clients.
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
• Experience with Cloud Native, On-Prem, Public Cloud, provisioning automation, and containers.
• Knowledge of VMware, networking fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• BS in CS/EE or technical degree.
