Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our locations. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, and help renters select storage solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities include handling rental agreements, payments, collections support, inspections, and maintaining safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
