Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee on-site storage operations. You will assist customers with renting units in person, by phone, and through advertising, while delivering outstanding service and maintaining property standards.

Responsibilities include daily administrative duties, monitoring rates and promotions, coordinating maintenance, and coordinating with tenants through partners like U-Haul and Penske as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least 1 year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising; enhance sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding new customers through rental processes.
• Resolves issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep records and perform maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Shop local competitors in-person and online; report information on rates and specials to supervisors and other departments; perform marketing tasks.
• Monitors rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, processing deposits and completing auctions.
• If at a participating location, assist tenants with rentals through programs such as U-Haul or Penske.
