Storage Hub is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, payments, maintenance and service for our self-storage properties. The role may involve travel to other facilities to support staffing needs and special projects.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work while contributing to company success. Experience in customer service and sales is valued, with a focus on efficiency and security of spaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and generate sales leads over the phone as well as walk-in customers.
• Recommending unit sizes and services based on customers' needs.
• Communicating leasing process to customers.
• Making customer calls regarding their account, collections, and other items, documenting notes on the computer system.
• Conducts daily physical storage unit inspection, confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent.
• Managing, auditing, and balancing cash drawer, preparing and making daily deposits.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and picking up trash and wiping windows to ensure a great customer experience.
• Traveling to other properties to provide support as needed for efficient business operations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
