Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Wickenburg, AZ. You will work with a friendly team to help customers, show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare contracts.

This on-site role includes on-the-job training, interviews with pay, and bonuses for completing inspections. Two hands-on interviews are scheduled with a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
• Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
