U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Texas to join a team focused on delivering exceptional service. You will assist customers, show units, explain terms, and help prepare rental contracts while supporting site operations and maintenance.

The role may require weekend work and adherence to safety practices. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to ongoing education through U-Haul

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from customers.
• Show storage units and explain rental terms, then prepare contracts.
• Perform routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
