Job summary

U-Haul in Gilford, NH is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative who will be the face of the local service team. You assist customers with storage rentals, explain contract terms and help manage equipment inspections and unit readiness.

You will participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University and may receive on-the-job education. Weekend availability is required; bonuses are offered for hiring and certification milestones.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare rental contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for rent.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
