Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Stafford, TX to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, show units, explain rental terms, and help with contract preparation while participating in ongoing training.

This position includes on-the-job education and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, maintaining unit readiness, and supporting the site manager with facility operations; weekend and holiday availability is required,

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units and explain rental terms.
• Prepare rental contracts and assist with move-in logistics.
• Perform general site upkeep and minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure vacant units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
