Responsibilities

• Assist customers by inspecting and maintaining equipment and answering inquiries.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare contracts.
• Dispatch and return equipment using on-site technology.
• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
