Job summary

U-Haul in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and dispatch/return gear using up-to-date tech.

This on-site role includes ongoing training through U-Haul University and opportunities for advancement. The position emphasizes customer interaction, safety, and the ability to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
