Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Stafford, Texas for a part-time position. You will assist customers, show units, explain rental terms, and help with contracts while supporting site operations and ongoing training.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and weekend/holiday availability. The position offers on-site work with employee benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills in customer-facing interactions.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the site and greet visitors.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms, and prepare rental contracts.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
