ACERTUS is seeking a Storage Billing Specialist to review and verify transportation orders delivered to storage, ensuring complete and accurate billing information before invoicing. This role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail and adherence to client billing requirements within a 8:00am-4:30pm workday.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• At least one year of performing billing duties strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to review large amounts of information systematically.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens in a transportation management system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of accuracy when reviewing and completing transportation orders delivered to storage.
• Ensure orders contain all required information before invoicing and follow client-specific billing requirements.
• Identify missing information and research the appropriate source when necessary.
• Verify supporting documentation before applying charges and prevent incorrect or unsupported charges from being billed.
• Complete orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Escalate questionable information or discrepancies rather than making assumptions.
• Prepare and review monthly storage e-bills.
• Follow established policies consistently for every order.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
