Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading self-storage operator, is seeking a Customer Service/Property Associate in San Diego. You will rent units, convert inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on excellent customer experience.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and a high school diploma or GED. You must be technically savvy with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook, able to lift 50 lbs, and work well independently or on a team, with growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments, and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
