Job summary

Prime Storage Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to be the frontline ambassador at our self-storage properties. You will rent units and spaces, process payments, and upsell moving products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This on-site role includes regular property inspections and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals
• Maintain accounts receivables through collections, posting payments, and processing
• Delivery of daily bank deposits accurately and timely
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily
