Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group. You will rent units, upsell moving supplies, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining property standards.

The role involves handling payments, deposits, and basic maintenance tasks across multiple self-storage locations. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivables through collections, posting payments, and processing.
• Delivery of daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
