Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC (Prime Storage Group) seeks an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of our self-storage facilities, renting units, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth property operations. You will build strong customer relationships and drive service and sales performance daily.

The role requires 1-2 years in a customer-facing environment, a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and other related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through the pursuit of collections, posting of payments, and processing.
• Delivery of daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property at all opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to achieving positive customer reviews and feedback, in alignment with company customer-experience standards and performance expectations.
• Ensure that company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met.
• Inspect the property, including performing lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
