Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals and manage accounts receivable.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally; maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Inspect the property and perform basic maintenance tasks.
