Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading self-storage operator, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group. In this frontline role you’ll rent units, assist customers, process payments, and support property upkeep across facilities.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, drive sales, and uphold service standards. Requirements: 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role; a High School Diploma or GED; ability to lift 50 lbs and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technically savvy with POS systems and learning new apps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Rent units and related products; convert inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Upsell moving supplies and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers professionally and build relationships.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the property; perform lock checks.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and contribute to positive reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
