Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading self-storage real estate firm, seeks an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group. In this frontline role you’ll rent units, process payments, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining property standards and safety.

You’ll engage with customers daily, upsell moving supplies, and support the team across locations. Candidates should have 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rent units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits on time.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues timely and effectively.
• Inspect property and perform lock checks.
• Perform maintenance duties as assigned.
