Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to drive the Storage & Analysis portfolio across Europe. You will be a trusted technical advisor, partner with Sales to accelerate opportunities, and translate complex analytics into clear value for customers.

This remote-first role requires 5+ years in logs/observability, a background in cybersecurity or data analytics, and fluency in English. Occasional travel up to 30% is expected across UK, Germany, Netherlands or France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with logs, metrics, observability or IT/security in a customer-facing role.
• Proven success selling into new and existing customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Explain value of Cribl Storage & Analysis products across the sales process.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop strategies and drive pipeline.
• Create demos and selling content reflecting customer buying patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Lead PoC events and guide PoC activities to ensure success.
