Cribl is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to lead Storage & Analysis in the Western United States. You will own the full sales motion from pipeline creation to close, partnering with Regional Sales Managers to drive deals and provide GTM insights.

This role suits elite overlay sellers or Solutions Engineers transitioning to sales, with a proven track record in large upsell/cross-sell and complex processes. Remote-first with 25-35% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise/Strategic sales or pre-sales experience in Security (SIEM & Observability) or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with at least one earlier stage start-up or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven ability to land large upsell & cross-sell deals and manage complex sales processes.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Comfortable operating without a playbook and creating demand in greenfield territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals with the CEO and cross-functional partners.
• Engage with Regional Sales Managers on qualified opportunities and joint plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to grow Storage & Analysis and influence the product roadmap.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
• Articulate value to stakeholders from engineers to CxO and forecast sales targets.
• Travel 25-35% and operate in a remote-first, multi-timezone environment.
