Job summary

Cribl is seeking a high-caliber Product Sales Specialist to lead the Storage & Analysis product lines. This role requires strategic, tech-savvy selling to executive buyers and practitioners, with responsibilities spanning pipeline creation to close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise/Strategic sales or pre-sales experience in Security (SIEM & Observability) or IT infrastructure, with direct sellers, overlay specialists, or Solutions Engineers transitioning to closing.
• Experience with an early-stage startup (<1,000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven ability to close large upsell & cross-sell / expansion deals and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Comfort operating without a playbook; able to create demand in greenfield territory and craft messaging for emerging solutions.
• Experience with MEDDIC methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals with the CEO and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on qualified opportunities to drive deals forward.
• Work cross-functionally to grow Storage & Analysis business and influence the product roadmap.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
• Explain the value of Storage & Analysis products to customers and stakeholders.
• Articulate value proposition up to CxO levels.
• Forecast accurately and hit targets for Storage & Analysis lines.
• Travel across EMEA 25-35%.
• Operate as a remote-first team across time zones.
