Universal Stone LLC is hiring a Residential Sales Representative to grow our natural stone business. You will work with homeowners, builders, and designers, manage leads in our CRM, and prepare proposals including square footage calculations and pricing.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and meeting sales goals. You will participate in training and stay current on industry trends while representing the company professionally at events and in showroom negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business with homeowners, builders, and designers.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads and opportunities.
• Prepare and send proposals, calculate square footage and pricing.
• Follow up on leads and assist in contract processing.
• Represent Universal Stone professionally to customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Attend meetings and events to promote company product and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Communicate product knowledge and advise on options.

Education
