Triton Stone Group, a premier U.S. distributor of natural stone and related building products, invites applications for a Design Assistant to support Senior Design Consultants and coordinate client showroom activities.

This role emphasizes organization, professionalism, and proactive communication with clients, designers, and fabricators. Join a growing team in a dynamic showroom environment and contribute to successful design projects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of reception/general office experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be courteous, professional, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Assist Design Consultants with clients/designers/builders/fabricators.
• Record and notation of selections during meetings.
• Create virtual look books for clients.
• Actively update client opportunities/holds in the system.
• Call vendors to check stock and manage order status.
• Take photos of material requests and prep samples.
• Organize showroom and answer the office phone.
• Cover the reception desk for lunches.
