Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead to own stockroom operations in our Texas City store. You will oversee receiving, organizing, counting, and distributing stock, while maintaining safety and shrink controls.

You’ll train and develop stock associates, support the Store Manager, and ensure product availability on the sales floor through effective merchandising and service. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet the store's fiscal goals, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, and

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom receiving, organizing, counting, and distribution.
• Maintain neat, safe stockroom and stock desk and deter theft.
• Plan for new product arrivals and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist Store Manager in training stock associates and developing the team.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers entering the store.
