Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA stores seek a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, transfers, and stock integrity while delivering exceptional customer service on the floor.

You’ll train and develop stock associates, support the Store Manager in achieving the store’s fiscal plan, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards. This role blends hands-on stock control with active guest engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom area; receive, store, organize, pick, count, and distribute inventory to meet store needs.
• Provide best possible customer service on the sales floor per Service Training Program.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing stock associates and promoting a positive work environment.
• Support replenishment and display of product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
