Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead for our HOKA stores in Boston. You will own the stockroom, oversee receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy while training stock associates and supporting the Store Manager.

You’ll also ensure product displays meet Visual Merchandising standards and deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–2 years retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to train and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office.
• Flexibility in schedule; ability to stand long periods; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations: receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory.
• Assist Store Manager with stock transfers, merchandising, and schedule adherence.
• Display products on sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards and train staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, and answer product questions.
