Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA stores seek a Stock Lead to own the stockroom, oversee receiving, storage, picking and transfers, and maintain safety and efficiency to ensure product availability for customers.

You will train stock associates, support the Store Manager, replenish floor displays, handle shipments, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards while delivering friendly, first-class service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team and customers.
• Strong team-building skills and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom operations, including receiving, storage, picking, counting and transfers to meet store needs.
• Maintain a neat, safe stockroom and ensure secure handling of stock and keys.
• Assist Store Manager in training stock associates and executing sales and productivity plans.
• Replenish and display product on sales floor, adhering to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greet customers, answer questions and share product knowledge.
• Coordinate store transfers and respond to stock discrepancies and damaged merchandise.
