Job summary

UGG is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, ensuring efficient processing, placement, and transfers of merchandise. You will partner with the Store Manager to train stock associates, manage stock levels, and maintain a safe, organized environment.

You will also support sales floor replenishment, Visual Merchandising, and exceptional customer service to reflect the Deckers Brands experience. A positive team culture and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Strong team-building and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, picking, counting, and distributing merchandise.
• Maintain a neat, organized stockroom and stock desk, promoting safety and loss prevention measures.
