Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations in our stores. You will manage receiving, organizing, picking, and transferring stock while promoting safety and efficiency for a great customer experience.

Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will train stock associates, maintain stockroom standards, and support sales goals with proactive merchandising and service excellence.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processes, product placement, and transfers.
• Train and develop stock associates and lead by example.
• Assist with store floor replenishment and display using Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer product questions.
• Ensure stock accuracy and security, including handling discrepancies.
