Job summary

Deckers Brands in the United States is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and support store performance. You’ll oversee receiving, organizing, picking, and transferring stock while upholding safety standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

You will coach stock associates, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and excellent customer service on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to convey Deckers Brands vision to team and customers.
• Strong team-building, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations: receive, store, pick, and transfer stock.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and secure stockroom; enforce safety and security.
• Plan for new product arrivals and ensure accurate counts and discrepancies are resolved.
• Support Store Manager; train and develop stock associates; replenish and display.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor.
