Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and support store success. You will oversee receiving, storage, counting, and transfers while maintaining safety and accuracy, and you will train stock associates to uphold high standards.

You will also assist the Store Manager in hitting sales and productivity targets, replenish and display products, and deliver exceptional service on the floor. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing, placement, and transfers of stock; maintain a safe, efficient stockroom.
• Train and develop stock associates; empower your team through encouragement and feedback.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving fiscal business plan; replenish and display products on the sales floor according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service; greet customers, answer questions, and share current product knowledge.
• Maintain stockroom and stock desk, manage shipments and discrepancies, and handle store transfers.
