Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Stock Associate for our Texas City store. You will organize inventory, replenish shelves, and help maintain safe stock areas while delivering friendly service to shoppers.

As part of a dynamic team, you will greet customers, answer questions, verify shipments, and support the visual merchandising standards to ensure the right products are available when customers want them. This role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• One (1) to (2) years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and material to meet the needs of the store.
• Verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts current and accurate.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote the store and brand image in all interactions.
