Job summary

Whole Foods Market in San Francisco seeks a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling and supervision of the Stock Crew, and to ensure smooth department operations. You will support leadership, maintain compelling displays, and deliver courteous service to customers.

You will train and mentor Team Members, manage inventory, open/close the department, and uphold health and safety standards while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office and operations-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assists in training as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Establishes a positive work environment with high morale.
• Performs inventory management, spoilage, temperature and sweep worksheets.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Sets and achieves high retail execution standards.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members as needed.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and coaching.
