Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Financial Services and/or Equity Compensation.
• CEP Level 1 encouraged within the first year.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and well-controlled execution of client requests.
• Strong attention to detail and risk mitigation in a high-volume environment.
• Client-first mindset with world-class customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Fidelity teams to achieve shared outcomes.
• Proactive, flexible approach to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate brokerage specific transactions based on external Plan Sponsor requests.
• Manage and execute client-driven requests related to plan configuration and setup.
• Balance client needs with Participant experience and daily market-sensitive tasks.
