Job summary

Empower Retirement seeks a Senior Manager Stock Plan Participant Services to lead the day-to-day operations of the Stock Plan Participant Services team. You will supervise Equity Compensation Consultants to deliver timely, accurate support across all equity plan types and drive regulatory compliance and high-quality participant experiences.

Working with cross-functional partners, you will ensure service standards, coaching, and process improvements while supporting trading, education, and stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in equity compensation or financial services.
• CEP designation required within corporate timelines.
• Active FINRA registrations (Series 7, 24 or 9/10, and 65/66) at hire.
• Experience coaching and developing teams for performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Equity Compensation Consultants to achieve business goals and provide exceptional participant service.
• Oversee daily operations of Stock Plan Participant Services with accurate, timely support across plan types.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development for staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and service coverage for efficiency.
• Escalate complex participant inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
