Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a senior communications strategist to guide Stock Plan Services participant communications. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling content, and partner with business units to align strategies.

Deep data insights will inform what to say, when, and to whom. You will design journeys, measure impact, and drive improvements across the lifecycle of equity compensation programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 7 years of data-driven global communications and/or marketing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with samples or portfolio.
• Experience designing and measuring communications plans across channels.
• Experience developing multi-touch, multi-audience communications journeys.
• Excellent project management, detail orientation, and execution.
• Knowledge of stock plans or employee benefits is a plus.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in teams.
