• Previous stock experience preferred.

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines; communicate units per hour to leadership.
• Support visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with leadership to ensure replenishment activities (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandise adjustments).
• Identify merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and process damages with leadership.
• Support fellow employees with knowledge sharing and tasks; assist in customer interactions.
