Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs for efficient handling and placement of merchandise and displays.
• Process shipments efficiently and communicate units per hour to leadership.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards for merchandise presentation.
• Assist with replenishment: Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandising adjustments.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and adjust quantities per store leadership guidance.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and sales floor.
• Coordinate stock transfers and damages with store leadership.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions as needed.
• Maintain store safety standards and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report unusual activity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
