Job summary

Todd Snyder, Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate to optimize the flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor while upholding SOPs and brand standards. You will support replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising with a focus on Efficiency and accuracy.

In this role, you will work with store leadership, follow visual standards, and help drive productivity. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise, visuals, and fixtures.
• Execute shipment processing by following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations from stockroom to floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment and merchandising adjustments are executed.
