Job summary

Todd Snyder, a New York City based menswear brand, is seeking a Stock Associate in San Jose, CA. You will move merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor, uphold SOPs, and support replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to maximize productivity.

You will work with store leadership to maintain visual standards, assist in inventory control, and deliver friendly customer service while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and leadership.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work flexible schedule including early morning, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Maximize selling potential by efficient stockflow from stockroom to floor.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs for merchandise handling and placement.
• Process shipments and track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards for product presentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on replenishment, markdowns, and transfers.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per standards.
• Perform markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor.
• Support safety and Loss Prevention policies and reporting.
