Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient merchandise handling and placement.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations from stockroom to floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment activities (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, adjustments).
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and implement adjustments per visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and process damages with leadership.
• Provide support to colleagues through sharing of knowledge and assistance in tasks or customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and stockroom; report safety concerns to leadership.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and inform management of unusual activity.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
