Job summary

Todd Snyder, Inc. in Manhasset, NY is seeking a Stock Associate to optimize the flow of merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor and uphold SOPs and brand standards.

You will ensure efficient shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising while delivering a positive Customer First experience. You'll work with store leadership to execute replenishment, maintain stockroom organization, and support loss prevention and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise, visuals, and fixtures.
• Process shipments efficiently and track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards for product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure replenishment and merchandising adjustments are executed.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities and execute size-specific replenishments and adjustments.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor.
• Support stock transfers and damage processing with leadership.
• Provide help to colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies and report concerns.
