Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate in Newport Beach to ensure smooth flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, uphold SOPs, and support replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You will work with store leadership to execute fills, transfers, and pricing updates while maintaining brand standards and a positive Customer First experience.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and leadership.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Execute shipment processing and track units per hour productivity.
• Support Todd Snyder visual standards in product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment activities are executed.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and recommend adjustments.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor.
• Partner with leadership to complete stock transfers and process damages.
• Provide support to colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report unusual activity.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
