Job summary

Todd Snyder, an American menswear brand based in New York City, is seeking a Stock Associate to move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and uphold brand standards. You will work with store leadership to manage replenishment, markdowns, and visual presentation, while maintaining SOPs and safety practices.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership team and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and replenishment per guidelines to maximize sales.
• Maintain stockroom SOP and merchandising flow to support efficient handling of merchandise.
• Track units per hour productivity and communicate to store leadership.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards to optimize merchandise presentation.
• Support replenishment and merchandising adjustments with leadership.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor.
• Assist in stock transfers and processing of damages.
• Support safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
