Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate in New York City to support stockroom operations, replenishment, and merchandising across the sales floor. You will follow SOPs, ensure efficient shipment processing, and uphold visual standards to maximize sales.

In this role, you will collaborate with store leadership, handle markdowns, transfers, and damages while delivering strong service to customers. A flexible schedule is required for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Process shipments efficiently; track units per hour productivity for leadership.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards in product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute replenishment: Fill the Floor, power closes/opens, merchandise adjustments.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and implement adjustments per visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing on stockroom and floor; report compliance to leadership.
• Assist with stock transfers and processing damages.
• Provide support to colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and company procedures.
