Job summary

Todd Snyder in Chestnut Hill is hiring a Stock Associate to help move merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor and to uphold the brand’s SOPs for shipment processing, replenishment and merchandising.

Candidates should have stock experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Anticipated pay ranges from $15.00/hour to $25.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOP for efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Process shipments following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize presentations from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with leadership to ensure replenishment tasks (Fill the Floor, power opens/closes, adjustments) are executed.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Coordinate stock transfers and process damages with leadership.
• Support colleagues; assist in customer interactions as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and report concerns; follow Loss Prevention policies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
