Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate in Chicago to maximize selling potential by ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. You will uphold stockroom SOPs and support replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to meet brand standards.

This role reports to store management or stock lead, and requires teamwork, flexibility, and basic tech proficiency to support operations and a positive Customer First experience.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative, able to work well in a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action.
• Able to stand/move for extended periods; lift up to 25lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Execute shipment processing with guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards for product flow.
• Collaborate with store leadership on replenishment and merchandising adjustments.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing; update leadership on compliance.
• Complete stock transfers and process damages.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards and report concerns to leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and company procedures.
