Job summary

Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Inc. seeks a Stewardship Coordinator to support the Donor Services & Gift Planning team. You will answer phones, monitor inboxes, and ensure a welcoming front office for meetings and events.

This role provides administrative support to the Director of Donor Services and assists with donor communications. The position involves helping with event planning, material preparation, and coordinating front desk duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of administrative support experience.
• One year of experience with Office 365 preferred.
• Experience in event planning and coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly answer front-desk phone calls and messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Provide welcoming in-person service and assist with visitor inquiries.
• Monitor shared email inboxes for timely responses and follow-ups.
• Maintain front office appearance and prep meeting spaces for guests.
• Assist with donor communications and thank-you notes as needed.
• Support meeting and event planning, including catering, venues, and supplies.
