Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a skilled coordinator to join the Engagement and Stewardship team. You will support fundraising projects, events and donor recognition, and execute communications for prospects, donors, families and staff.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in nonprofit communications or project management, with strong confidentiality, organization and proofreading skills. You will greet guests and help maintain a professional Foundation office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of related nonprofit communications or project management experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling donor information.
• Ability to prioritize, organize workload and respond to urgent situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritization and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising projects, events and recognition for the Engagement and Stewardship team.
• Carry out communications projects for multiple audiences including prospects, donors, patient families and staff.
• Greet guests to the Foundation office and maintain a polished, well-equipped office environment.
